Born in Naples, Italy, Dr Cotrufo graduated top of his class from the University of Messina after medical training at the University of Napoli. His extensive plastic surgery experience includes prestigious units globally, such as Canniesburn Plastic Surgery Unit (Glasgow), Head and Neck Unit of University College Hospital (London), and units in Brazil. He has published research in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery and speaks at industry events.
